Hello everyone! I still face minor anxiety and overthinking, but I'm healing. Believe in yourself! Everything is possible if you show determination. Short tips for my friends battling Anxiety and Depression through my own experiences: ● Try to think positive and affirmative thoughts. ● Eat healthy, drink healthy, think healthy, in result feel healthy. ● Exercise your body and mind for atleast 20-30 minutes a day. ● Perform meditation for atleast 15-20 minutes a day. ● Try to avoid toxic people and those who make fun of your anxiety. ● You are not alone! We are a big family! ● Make yourself busy in other activities and embrace your creativity and uniqueness. ● Go for walks, talk to people you love, step out of the house, make an effort. It would seem difficult at first but never stop trying! ● Watch funny videos and listen to music. ● Show gratitude towards yourself and thank yourself or write atleast 3 things you're grateful for daily. ● If you ...
