Hello everyone!

I still face minor anxiety and overthinking, but I'm healing. Believe in yourself! Everything is possible if you show determination.

Short tips for my friends battling Anxiety and Depression through my own experiences:

● Try to think positive and affirmative thoughts.

● Eat healthy, drink healthy, think healthy, in result feel healthy.

● Exercise your body and mind for atleast 20-30 minutes a day.

● Perform meditation for atleast 15-20 minutes a day.

● Try to avoid toxic people and those who make fun of your anxiety.

● You are not alone! We are a big family!

● Make yourself busy in other activities and embrace your creativity and uniqueness.

● Go for walks, talk to people you love, step out of the house, make an effort. It would seem difficult at first but never stop trying!

● Watch funny videos and listen to music.

● Show gratitude towards yourself and thank yourself or write atleast 3 things you're grateful for daily.

● If you wanna cry, then cry! Don't care what others will say. Express your emotions and feelings.

● Don't react to weird sensations of anxiety or Panic Attacks. Fear creates more fear. Try to be calm. Try to do a breathing exercise in case of a trigger, breathe in through nose and out through mouth slowly.

● You are beautiful! Respect yourself!

● Find a purpose for everything to give life a meaning.

● Talk to yourself loudly and say I can do it!

● You are very strong, you've survived a lot, now it's the time to live!

● Help people in need, talk to them, hug them, make them feel good and special.

● Explore through your imagination and imagine positive scenarios.

● Sleep for atleast 7-8 hours daily.

● Most important, stop giving importance to anxiety and depression, the more you talk about it, think about it, discuss about it, search about it, the more you will attract it.

I hope these tips will definitely bring a change in someone's life and that would be a proud moment for me!

Stay blessed everyone! Have a wonderful time!

Lots of Love and Light!
